- Joint Platform on Broadband Architectures and Functions: Field trial testbed in wireless photonics and laboratory testbeds in microwave and optical domains

- Joint Platform on Component characterisation facilities: Device or sub-module characterization in the optical and electrical domains

- Joint Platform on Device fabrication facilities: Device or sub_module fabrication (part or full)
