• Presentation of Laure Sterchele, ISIS assistant manager.
• Presentation of the DoW, annual reports and quarterly reports.
• EC contract modifications required.
• Presentation of the budget.

10:15 - 10:45 Plenary session 2: Benoît Dardelet and Laure Sterchele

• Presentation of the web-site database and tools available to the partners.

10:45 - 12:00 Plenary session 3: Jean Pierre Vilcot and Nathan Gomes

• Presentation of the three ISIS platforms and "Setting-up" partners.
• Schedule of research works in liaison to the platforms and schedule of reports on the platforms.
• Discussions.

13:30 - 16:10 Thematic sessions: All 16 task leaders

• Presentation by the 16 Task leaders (3 slides, 5' of presentation + 5' of questions)
• Starting date of the work on Integration (platforms), Joint research and Spreading.
